Capella’s signature Christmas brunch will return this year with the theme of “Capella Christmas Market” where the hotel’s ballroom foyer will be transformed into a bustling marketplace filled with live food stations and upbeat music from the roving band. The spread is hearty and luxurious, from Foie Gras Custard with Gingerbread Crouton and Port Wine, Traditional Baked Christmas Turkey stuffed with Quince stuffing and Natural Jus, to an assortment of fresh sushi and sashimi. Those with a sweet palette will also rejoice at their spread of over forty dessert choices, including their signature Matcha Green Tea Profiteroles and Bordeaux Canele. Prices start from SGD198++ per person.

Want an Oriental twist? Capella’s Cassia will have two six-course festive menus weaving Yuletide elements into Cantonese cuisine, flawlessly put together by Executive Chinese Chef Lee Hiu Ngai. Available only on 24 and 15 December. Lunch will be at SGD88++ while dinner will be SGD148++.

Pan Pacific Singapore’s award winning Edge restaurant will also have Christmas brunches with a free-flow champagne option (only available on Sundays in December and includes Christmas Eve), starting from 18 November. Guests may enjoy the festive spread over seven live stations that feature Christmas specials such as special Christmas Ham, Maple Glazed Roasted Turkey Breast, 12-hour Roasted Whole Pork Leg and Roasted Prime Ribs. There will also be an abundance of fresh seafood on ice, including Alaskan King Crab and Boston Lobster. Prices start from SGD58++ per person.
