"Equestrian chic was the big news in Christian Dior’s spring haute couture show"

I was pretty shocked along with amused when glancing upon Christian Dior's haute couture collection by John Galliano. It reminds me quite a bit of the colour scheme from that of the Christian Dior collection during the Paris Fashion Week but in a haute couture-style that is.
The pieces are beautiful with excellent colour story, and very much in the Dior mode - which can be good or not-so. How should I explain this...

Starting to understand what I mean? Some would consider this "heritage" like Bryanboy did, but others may go along the lines of "same old, same old".
