
It's every girl's desire to have beautiful and flawless looking skin. These are some ways to achieve that skin you've always wanted!
1. Have a healthy lifestyle
Start sleeping from 11pm onwards. Between 11pm to 1am, the skin collagen production is the most optimal.
Try to avoid the sun at all times. Apply sunscreen of at least SPF15, even when you are indoors.
Don't smoke! Smoking causes premature aging. I believe you wouldn't want to look like 40 when you are 20 in actual fact.
2. Increase your intake of fluids
It is very important to keep your skin hydrated at all times. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water every day. Take loads of fruits, vegetables and food that contains Vitamin C and E.
3. Maintain a beauty regime
Never ever be lazy. Keep to a skincare regime and remember to follow it religiously. Remember these steps: Cleanse, Exfoliate, Tone, Moisturize, Treat and Protect.
