One by one, labels are releasing their Spring 2011 collection and it makes me feel so light and energized just looking at the cool breezy fabrics of spring. H&M is no exception-except! They’re taking spring into a whole new meaning. Their Spring 2011 collection which will be released in stores by 14th of April has the name ‘Conscious Collection’ which uses ‘conscious’ materials, meaning eco-friendly. It’s all about manufacturing in a way that is economically, socially and environmentally sustainable (phew this is serious stuff)
To be honest I’m not a very eco-friendly person, and when I look at any collection, I just see it as it is. Fabrics, patterns, style and accessories and that’s it. I don’t need to know how they’re done. But looking at H&M’s latest collection, well it’s not bad at all. Then I can always claimed, that I’ve gone fabulously ‘green.’
