Burberry launches their new Ad campaign for their Spring/Summer 2011 collection. The photos were taken by Mario Testino on Brighton beach. The campaign features British modes Cara Delevingne and Jacob Young. Clearly Christopher Bailey, Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer stays true to Burberry’s British heritage and shows support of new local talents.

In Burberry’s social media page, Bailey stated, “We wanted to create a dynamic, evolving campaign that reflects the diversity of our broad global consumer, revealing new British cast members each month, all with their own identity, embodying the different attitudes of the Burberry guy and girl. We shot the campaign on Brighton beach to celebrate the great British outdoors and our history of supporting emerging talent and to bring to life the emotion behind protection from the elements.’’
From the photos themselves, the collection already spells success. Given the colours, patterns, and the drama given to the photos create a vivid view of how the rest of the collection would be–equally amazing that is!
